At Cedar Park Storage we are committed to the health and safety of our guests and employees. We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and thought we would take a minute to let you know what we are doing to keep you and our staff safe during this time of uncertainty.

We do not plan on closing the office. In the rental office, we are wiping down the counters, door handles, and public areas with disinfectant each time someone visits. We are disinfecting the access keypads twice a day on weekdays. We also have hand sanitizer available for our customers to use while in the office. We are going to adjust our office hours to make social distancing easier and to better serve our customers whose schedules may get upended in the coming weeks. We also are reducing the number of staff working in any location to just one person in any given place at a time. This includes the office, of course. Just because you may see fewer of us doesn’t mean things aren’t getting done. Our staff will be keeping the grounds clean and secure so your experience will be the outstanding, as usual.

You will still be able to get to your valuable belongings at any time, but we ask you to limit your office visits to only when absolutely necessary. Your storage unit is still safe and monitored by all of our security systems. If you need to talk to someone on our staff, please just call our office number. The phones will be answered promptly by the staff. If we can’t take your call because we are on the line with someone else, please leave us a message and we will call your right back.

If the office is closed when you need to make a payment or when you have any other question, please visit our website at www.cedarparkstorage.com or email us at info@cedarparkstorage.com. You can still leave your payments in the drop box (right beside the office door). The drop box is checked daily. Once your payment has been applied to your bill, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00 PM
• Closed Saturday and Sunday
• Gate access will remain at 24-hours
